Setting up to clock in via a phone call or SMS

To link a phone number to a user, go to Phone Clock and enter in the phone number and select the corresponding user. 

Also, select SMS to enable clocking in via SMS, and a welcome SMS will be sent.

Phone numbers can only be linked to 1 user at a time.

A typical scenario can be if a home care giver has to visit a patient's home, and would use the patient's phone to clock in & out.
